My dear friend Christina Warden (she/her), a licensed therapist brought me into not one of, but many of the worlds that she has lived through. Christina shares her story about healing from the trauma she has endured. From a fear of dogs to surviving a cult, Christina is the definition of the phrase "We contain multitudes." I am so honored to have Christina trust me with her words and to share how she has survived and reclaimed herself and her story.
